this picture took by me during my food microobiology lab..at first i'm very afraid to streak the plate...huhuhuhu....every time i streak,the loop will spoil my agar plate(actually my unskill hand)..wakakakaa........but,when i practiced,it being well..so,i'm very enjoy streak the plate...yay3!
